President's Welcome

The President of the Rotary Club of Ashgrove - The Gap welcomes you to our web site where we provide information on Club activities and a point of contact for meeting visits and membership opportunities.

The Club is part of the world-wide network of Rotary International which promotes service to others in business and community life as well as international understanding for the advancement of peace and goodwill.

Our Club is active in Ashgrove, The Gap and and surrounding suburbs, about 10 km to the west of Brisbane. The area is bordered on the west by Brisbane Forest Park and the Taylor Range, with Waterworks Road, the path to Brisbane’s first reservoir, threading through the suburbs.

The Club comprises about forty men and women, and partners are invited to attend club events. In addition the club organises special events for partners.

Having a fine tradition of service to the local community, the Club has grown to become one of the most active Service Clubs in the area.
